While I don’t usually do
video game news, the latest update about upcoming sword-dueler SOUL CALIBER IV caught my eye. Apparently, the game has achieved what few others before it have been able to: obtain license to use characters from George Lucas’ STAR WARS trilogy. (“Trilogy,” I know what I said.)
Word is that Yoda will be a playable character on the Xbox 360 version of SOUL CALIBER, while Darth Vader will make a raspy appearance on the Playstation 3 version of the game. Personally I think Xbox got shorted. Who wants to play as Yoda when you could force-choke fools as Vader?
You can check out the official trailer for SOUL CALIBER IV, which features Yoda and Vader,
here. Have a look at the video, then rant back to us which side of the force you would rather use to bring the pain, when SOUL CALIBER IV is released this spring.
THE GAME PLAN: Not As Bad As You'd Think
I agree with this guy. People, you cant critique these movies like you would adult movies, the audiences aren't looking for dramatic plot lines or great actor dialouge, they are looking for a movie that the kids will love and they wont be overly bored through.

The Hills Have Eyes 2 — Unrated, Unwanted, Unwatchable
There is this whole scary movie thing going on the last few years. I myself LOVE a scary movie. However, I prefer movies like SCREAM and I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER , where the storyline was just as entertaining as the gore. I find that the scary movies these days rely sooo much on the "Thrill factor" of the gore , that it makes it appeal to a select group of individuals who are strong enough to stomach this. I wish I had the guts to rent this movie, but right now I'd prefer to sleep at night :)
