Sadly this isn't a hoax or a tie-in to a new movie. A news ticker at
MSNBC has just flashed red with the headline that actor Heath Ledger, whose upcoming performance as the Joker in
BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT has been the biggest movie buzz this year, has been found dead in his New York City apartment.
Details are still being sorted out, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated on this stunning tragedy as it develops. We here at Critics Rant extend our deepest condolences to Mr. Ledger’s friends and family in their time of grieving.
Hannibal Rising — Chew On This (Or Not!)
I liked this one. Excellent acting and depth of character. I'm usually not one for prequels, but the story really did a good job of fleshing out the Hannibal Lecter; which made me want to re-watch Silences of the Lambs all the more.
