After last weeks drama between Sean (Dylan Walsh) and Christian (Julian McMahon) things have settled and peace is reestablished within their medical practice. Christian talks Sean into staying at the beach house while other things at home continue to go haywire. Julia (Joely Richardson) continues to become sicker while Christian claims it’s entirely a psychosis. Things are complicated by the fact that Christian’s psycho-ex and mother of his son Wilbur, Gina (Jessalyn Gilsig) has been hired as the new receptionist. Regardless of her HIV+ status, she manages to tempt Christian into a psycho sex drama that she defines as therapy.
Meanwhile, Sean ends up hiring a new agent, Colleen (Sharon Gless) to represent him and help him to aptly manage his acting and medical careers. At first she seems like a gift from the heavens. Aidan (Bradley Cooper) is caught on film schtooping Eden, but to make matters worse, the film is released on YouTube catching Aidan in not only a compromising position but also making anti-Semitic remarks about the deaf woman heading his network. Aidan is sent to rehab and the role of lead doctor is handed to Sean. Colleen is responsible for the entire thing, but Aidan blames Sean, calling him Judas as he’s dragged off to reassemble his career. Oh man, I love you Bradley Cooper.
With Gina around to toy with Christian, Julia’s been left to cope with being deathly ill alone. Sean realizes this and steps up to the plate again to help with the kids and eventually take care of Julia. Julia believes she may be HIV+ and is waiting for test results. Sean tells her not to worry because her set of symptoms could point to anything. Sure, if anything is being poisoned by general minx and series bitch, Eden. Too bad everyone on this show is a medical professional as well as an idiot. While Sean’s taking care of Julia, Christian’s busy having his weird sexy times with Gina via a hired prostitute that looks like her. Gina demands that he kiss her while riding the stand-in. At first he refuses, but eventually he laments and kisses her as he orgasms. So much for being the good guy Christian. Gina eventually confronts a very sick Julia with this information, but Christian catches her. Later, he goes to her place to visit her leading her to believe that he wants to makeup. He plays into her desire to have sex one last time and then throws her over the balcony and to her death. There is no amount of evil that Christian isn’t capable of and that’s why I love him.
Things at MacNamera and Troy are going fairly well as their big client this week is a silly Lothario married to a hundred-year-old multi-millionaire devil, Magda. Magda has purchased her current husband and eaten up a good twenty years of his life. He’s been waiting for the old bad to die ever since they got together, but it appears she never will. She is making him get hair implants put all over his body because she likes to follow the latest trends. After going under the knife he tells her that he’s leaving her, but then changes his mind after being offered a Bentley. During sex he has a grand mal seizure and becomes a vegetable. Magda immediately finds another younger lover and brings him to MacNamara and Troy. After Sean asks her if it’s too soon she tells him there’s no time like the now, as we all cannot live forever. Sean takes this information to heart as he shows up to the set and tells Colleen to leave him alone and then swoops away a sexy extra to bang in his trailer.
