Will Smith’s latest summer blockbuster, director Peter Berg’s (THE KINGDOM) superhero comedy HANCOCK, recently got its hype-machine in motion, debuting an amusing and eye-popping trailer, which features a drunken superguy crashing into freeway signs while FUI (that’s “flying under the influence” for you slow-pokes); causing train wrecks while demonstrating that he is indeed more powerful than a locomotive; and playing ring-toss with beached whales—all while cracking the signature witty/corny one-liners that have made big Willie a star.
