I was really looking forward to seeing this movie, but it was nothing that I expected. For a movie with a story line that is set in a fantacy, too much time is focused on the "real world." The length of time it took to actually get into the movie took a lot away from the experience, and at the same time, did nothing to enhance the plot.

I watched this movie yesterday and I think that kids will like It a
lot there's mystery and wonder about the movie. I think It's a
very good movie. And I think it will go far with kids that still
have and Amiganation.

I am one who doesnt like these fantasy movies but found this movie to be entertaining but there were some slow points. I found it interesting how it would bounce from the fantasy world they created across the river back to the real world at school and every character in the fantasy world was someone they knew in the real world. I liked it and would reccomend it to anyone

Movie pretty boring. Nothing like what you'd expect from the advertisement.
Not a lot of the fantasy.
Very sad ending...

Hey what can I say, there all right, this movie is no narnia. Its a good story for kids, and thats what I think it was aimed for. Its good to take you away from your troubled lives for a moment or two, but don' expect a movie extravaganza. There is none!!!

I was very disappointed with this movie, I think mostly because the previews beefed it up to be some kind of great sci-fi experience and then all of the cool graphics and stuff that they teased you with was only really in about the last five minutes. I just really expected more, and got way less.
