In fact, I bet we see any number of Baylins before this show dies under it's own weight of teenage angst. <br /><br />I don't think Jessi is dead from the dive into the dam, she may have wanted to commit suicide, but when she washed up on a bank of the dam or river or whatever, she will have to follow her programming back to Madacorp.
