Meanwhile Celia Hodes (Elizabeth Perkins) is fed up and isn’t going to take it anymore.  She takes a bat to Sullivan Groff’s (Matthew Modine) office, angry because he betrayed her.  Then, no longer satisfied to just rent her home as an indoor weed farm, she demands a more active role in Nancy’s enterprise.  But not too active. Asked to help plant fragrant flowers in the garden to mask the aroma of marijuana wafting from the house, she says “these hands went to college.  The majored in English lit.  These are not farm hands.” Nancy, meanwhile, has had a tattoo of a U-Turn sign painted on her lower back.  U-Turn, since deceased, was a gangsta who attempted to take over her drug business.  The tattoo, she says, is a reminder that “Thug means never having to say you’re sorry.”   But it’s wrong.  Nancy may have to apologize to both of her sons.
