JOE movie, the more and more I’m convinced that this flick is going to hit theaters D.O.A. The latest unfortunate news is that Marlon Wayans has been cast as ‘Ripcord,’ the leader of JOE military unit, and G.I. JOE captain Duke’s right-hand-man. While Marlon has displayed some pretty solid acting chops in films such as REQUIEM FOR A DREAM, producers’ claims that they needed an actor ‘who could bring levity to tense situations,’ tells me that G.I.
