Max Smart (Steve Carell) is a bumbling agent looking for action and creating hijinx wherever he goes. After the headquarters of the US spy agency Control is attacked and the identities of all their agents are at stake of being exposed, Smart’s partnered with veteran Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway). After watching the trailer the movie seems to stick with Carell’s strengths with tons of gags and slapstick humor so I cannot wait. After watching it, what do you think? Will it uphold the hilarity of the classic television show, or is it going to be another bastard remake that’s even worse than some of the original crap out there?
