Be a Contributing Blogger Critic on Critics Rant

CriticsRant welcomes the editorial contributions of critics who have a specific expertise in a DVD, New Release Films and specific PrimeTime Television shows. All editorial content shall adhere to guidelines for impartiality, accuracy and integrity.
Other issues are addressed as follows:

Exclusivity and Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed, all contributions submitted to CriticsRant must be original, unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere. Submission of a review/rant for publication by CriticsRant signifies the author's agreement to assign copyright or grant a license to CriticsRant.

Style

• Length for articles should be 500 to 1,000 words
• Use clear, straightforward English with wit and humor – sarcasm and irreverence.
• All first time submissions should be accompanied by an author's biography of no more than 75 words

AUTHOR AGREEMENT

As a contributing author to CriticsRant, you acknowledge and understand that your submission will be posted on the CriticsRant website and will be accessible for review and use by others. The Online Users Agreement for users of the CriticsRant limits the use of the materials on the CriticsRant. However, you agree that CriticsRant shall have no liability for actions of users of the CriticsRant which are in violation of the Online Users Agreement or applicable law. You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide the materials which you submit to the CriticsRant, including permission from third parties, as may be required. You also represent and warrant that the information contained in your submission is accurate and not libelous. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CriticsRant for all costs, damages and liabilities resulting from any breach of such representations and warranties.

This Agreement is entered into, performed in, and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Nevada, exclusive of its choice of law or conflict of law provisions. In the event of any claim or action relating to or arising under this Agreement or related to CriticsRant, such action shall be brought in, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of either the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County or the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and may not be modified except in writing agreed to by all parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
